Scheduling Home games:
Send email of all home games as soon as they are scheduled. 
Please remember to have a manager e-mail or text a reminder for your up and coming home games on a weekly basis. 
You may also send another reminder the morning of each game.

Email/text should include:
- Subject with Team name.
- Head coaches name.
- Team name.
- Email address and Cell for team contact.
- Date, Time, Length and Location of Games

Whenever possible give Bruce at least a 72 hour notice of game being scheduled or changed.

If you have any problems please notify Bruce, if you do not then nothing will be resolved.

You must pay the referees before the game begins.  In the event of only one referee, please pay time and 1/2 not double.  Notify Bruce when this happens.

Please pay the Officials in the locker room, everyone already knows the money exists but we don’t think it looks good to hand money to the Officials while on the ice (before, during or after the game).
